Straight talk about your information
We run this business the way we’d want one run for us — that goes for your privacy too. Here’s exactly what we collect, why, and what we do (and don’t) do with it.

The short version
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms, we use it solely to answer you and do the work, and we never sell it or hand it off to marketers. That’s the whole spirit of this page — the rest is detail.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form or quote builder, we receive what you type in — your name, email, phone number (if you share it), your location, and the details of your project.
- Basic server logs. Like nearly every website, our host records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- To prepare an honest estimate and talk through your project.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for. We keep what you send only as long as we need it to help you or to keep our own records straight.
Cookies & tracking
We keep this site lean. We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party tracking to follow you around the web. Some essential functions — like our spam protection and the web fonts the site uses — may load resources from third parties (such as Cloudflare and Google Fonts), which can involve your browser sharing basic technical information like your IP address with those providers as part of delivering the page.
Your information, your say
If you’d like to know what we have on file, correct it, or ask us to delete it, just reach out — we’ll take care of it. This is a family business, not a data broker, and we’re happy to make it right.
