Equipment haulers
Deckover and low-pro haulers sized to your machine — with ramps, tie-downs, and a deck height that actually loads what you own.
Custom Trailers
A trailer is a structural problem disguised as a purchase. We design and fabricate ours from the frame up — properly engineered geometry, honest steel, real welds, and the paperwork to put it legally on the road. NHTSA-registered and VIN-certified, built around the load you actually carry.
Everybody’s owned the trailer that fought back — the one that sways at highway speed, cracks at the same weld every season, or carries a sticker rating it clearly never earned. A trailer takes a beating every mile, and most are built down to a price instead of up to a job.
We build the other kind. Because we’re engineers, we start with the physics: the load, the leverage, the fatigue, where the stress actually goes. Then we fabricate it in our own shop, weld it like our names are on it, and certify it so it’s legal and titled the day you tow it home.
What we build
Some of the rigs that roll out of the shop. Don’t see yours? That’s usually the fun one.
Deckover and low-pro haulers sized to your machine — with ramps, tie-downs, and a deck height that actually loads what you own.
Flat, true, and stiff under load. Built so the deck doesn’t belly and the frame doesn’t twist on uneven ground.
Workhorse utility trailers for the daily haul — gates, racks, toolboxes, and tie-down layouts built around how you load.
Stock and ag trailers designed for safe, low-stress loading and the realities of mud, manure, and weight that shifts.
Trailer-mounted solar, generator, and equipment platforms — mobile power and tooling that travels to the work.
The rig nobody makes. Tell us the job and we’ll engineer a trailer around it, from the hitch geometry up.
Legal, titled, road-ready
A custom trailer isn’t worth much if you can’t register it. We’re set up to do this right: as a registered manufacturer we assign a proper VIN, file the federal paperwork, and provide the certification and documentation you need to title and tag your trailer and put it legally on the highway.
Lighting, brakes, and safety equipment are built to the standards your trailer’s weight class requires — not as an afterthought, but as part of the design. You get a trailer that passes inspection and holds up to the people who check.
Engineered, not just welded
Anybody can stitch steel into the shape of a trailer. Making one that tracks straight at 70, brakes evenly loaded or empty, and doesn’t fatigue out in five seasons — that’s engineering.
We model the frame in Fusion 360, run the load and stress numbers, and design the crossmember spacing, axle placement, tongue length, and weld details around real forces. The result rides better, lasts longer, and carries its rating honestly.
From idea to title
What you haul, how far, how often, and behind what — we design to the real duty cycle.
We model and analyze the frame, then lock the design with you before a spark flies.
Cut, fit, and welded in our shop, with the lighting, brakes, and finish to match.
VIN, paperwork, and a trailer that’s legal, titled, and ready the day you hook up.
Bring us the load, the budget, and the headaches your last trailer gave you. We’ll engineer one that does the job and keeps doing it.
